Do you miss the routine of dance class? The familiar music, the repetition of steps, the feeling of being present, and moving with intention? If you once trained in Bharatanatyam, maybe even completed your arangetram, and have been wondering how to find your way back to connecting with the art and other dancers, this course is designed specifically for you! 

This online series offers a gentle, structured return to classes, helping you ease back into technique and reconnect with the art in a familiar, supportive class setting. You'll be alongside other adults who understand what it means to return to dance after time away and have a shared passion for the art form. This is not about starting something new, it’s about returning to something that already belongs to you. 

Our bodies change as we get older, and returning now allows you to dance with care, intention, and awareness rather than letting more time pass. After these six weeks, you’ll be moving with greater confidence, grounded in your technique, and reconnected to the art you’ve been missing. Bharatanatyam will feel like part of your life again, not just your past.
